Questions

Construction financing FAQ

Can I finance a used excavator or loader with high hours?

Often yes. Terms are shorter on older, higher-hour machines. Send the year, make, model and hours and we'll tell you what's realistic.

Can I buy equipment at an auction?

Yes. Talk to us before you bid so financing is lined up in time to pay the auction.

Can I finance attachments on their own?

Yes. Breakers, buckets, augers and other attachments can be financed alone or with a machine.

Do you finance equipment for seasonal businesses?

Yes. Many contractors earn most of their revenue in warmer months, and some programs offer payment structures that account for that.

Can I buy out equipment I'm renting?

Usually yes. A rental buyout can make sense when you're using the machine every day.
