- Business name, address, EIN and date the business started
- Each owner's home address, date of birth and Social Security number
- Details on the equipment: year, make, model, VIN or serial number, and hours or mileage
- The seller: dealer, auction or private seller, and their contact information
- For larger requests: recent bank statements and business tax returns
What happens next
Review
We review your application and call you with any questions, often the same day.
Credit review
With your authorization, your application is reviewed for credit approval.
Terms
You get clear terms: amount, rate, down payment, term and monthly payment.
Funding
Documents are signed, the seller is paid and your equipment goes to work.

Does applying cost anything?
No. Applying and getting terms costs nothing, and you decide whether the deal works for your business.
Will you check my credit?
Your signed application authorizes a credit review, which is needed to approve financing. We don't pull credit without that authorization. Call us if you have questions before you apply.
Who needs to fill out the owner section?
Each owner of the business, usually anyone with 20% or more ownership. If there are more than two owners, call us and we'll send what you need.
Is my information secure?
The online application uses an encrypted connection. If you use the printable application and would rather not email it, call us at (630) 822-9992 and we'll arrange another way to get it to us.
Can I apply for more than one machine or truck?
Yes. List each unit on the application, or tell us about the full package and we'll structure it together.
