Privacy Policy

How Finexa Business collects, uses and protects your information.

Effective date: November 3, 2026

Finexa Business LLC ("Finexa," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through finexabusiness.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us using the details at the end of this page.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you use the contact form on our Site, we collect the information you enter, which may include:

  • Your name, phone number and email address
  • Your business name, years in business and the number of trucks or machines you operate
  • Your USDOT number, if you provide it
  • Details about the equipment you're interested in, the number of units and the approximate amount
  • Anything else you choose to include in your message

We also receive information when you call, email or text us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our Site automatically collects some information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the Site and your general location (such as city or region). We collect this through Google Analytics, described below.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your questions and requests
  • To review, structure and arrange financing you ask us about
  • To contact you by phone, email or text message about your request
  • To work with dealers, vendors and referral partners who contact us
  • To understand how visitors use our Site and improve it
  • To protect our Site and business against fraud, spam and misuse
  • To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations

Credit checks

Sending us a message through the contact form does not authorize a credit check. We don't pull your credit without your permission. A credit review only happens if you complete a financing application and authorize it.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services and run our business:

  • Lenders and funding sources. When you ask us to help with financing, we share the information needed to review and fund your request with the lenders and funding sources we work with.
  • Dealers and vendors. Where needed to complete a purchase you're financing, we may share relevant details with the equipment dealer or seller.
  • Service providers. We use trusted companies to operate our Site and business, including our website host, our email provider, Web3Forms (which delivers contact form messages to us) and Google (analytics and website fonts). They may only use your information to provide services to us.
  • Legal reasons. We may disclose information when required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or others.
  • Business transfers. If Finexa is involved in a merger, sale or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Online applications

The "Apply," "Get pre-qualified" and similar buttons on our Site take you to an online application hosted by our application provider, eFund Solutions. Information you enter there is handled under that provider's own terms and privacy policy. Information we receive from that application is handled under this policy.

Cookies and Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our Site, such as which pages are viewed and how often the contact form or Apply buttons are used. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Our Site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit.

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Our Site does not currently respond to those signals.

How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your request, provide our services and meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

How we protect information

Our Site uses a secure (https) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

  • You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by telling us by phone, email or reply.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We'll respond as required by law, and we may need to keep certain records for legal or business reasons.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics as described above.

Links to other websites

Our Site links to other websites, such as our online application provider. We're not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites, so please review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted.
